Grappa di Traminer - ZuPlun
Grappa made with Gewürztraminer pomace produced by the winemakers Gumphof and Weinberghof from Alto Adige.
Despite the name, the Gewürztraminer (or Traminer aromatico) most probably does not come from the plateau of South Tyrol, but it may have originated in Egypt, or in the darkness of the times. However, for hundreds of years this decidedly full-bodied and aromatic white wine of excellent quality is grown in the Termeno area; in any case, it belongs to those vines that either hate each other or love each other. As a distillate, however, this subtle and delicate vine triumphs with its rich olfactory bouquet. Alcohol 43% vol.
