Sensory profile

Straw yellow wine tending to golden, bright and bright with creamy and persistent foam. Very fine perlage.
The nose is complex, dosed between freshness and evolution, with an opening to the nose of brioche, white flowers and black currant.
On the palate the elegant freshness intertwines with continuous mineral returns. Continuous and harmonious, perfectly mixed with the perlage; pleasant feeling of softness.
