The sauce that pairs wonderfully with grilled, roasted or boiled meat, with burgers and hotdogs: its tangy character brings out the real taste of meat. It is also delicious spread on rye bread with a slice of speck and a gherkin. 

The Mustard sauce is perfect with any kind of smoked meat or fish, just add some sour cream and try it with smoked salmon: a real treat. And if you mix it with a tablespoon of olive oil it becomes a wonderful dressing for chicken salad.
