Unique aromatic red rice on the market, the Ermes integral presents an elongated bean shape and is very rich in nutrients and fibers. It has antioxidant qualities and a particular scent.

It is appreciated in its entirety when consumed naturally with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and freshly ground pepper. Suitable for the preparation of tasty side dishes or for appetizing sea risottos. Also prized with raw or marinated fish.
