Montelupo comes from the milk of the Lessini Mountains, the name symbol of a cow’s milk of pastures that retains the concept of terroir. The biodiversity of flowers and mysticism of different herbs defines that quality relationship between milk and territory, in the daily challenge of sharing the mountain pastures between pastures and wolves. It has a straw yellow crust, rocky paste, minimum maturation of 24 months.
